Do Grandfathered Unlimited Users get Mobile Hotspot?

Do those of us who've been grandfathered in to the unlimited data plan get the Mobile Hotspot functionality on the 4S, or would we have to switch to a capped data plan? One site said "included with 4GB plans and above" so I wasn't sure. Thanks!

iPhone 4S can't connect to M-Cell
