Unable to connect to 4G with Lenovo Tab4

3G is not working on Note 3 SM-N900A in Pakistan on Ufone, Mobilink etc.
I have got Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900A), every thing is working fine but 3g is not working on UFONE and other networks because there is no "Network Mode" in Network Options to select WCDMA, kindly guide me how it will work or how to enable WCDMA? Does this cell support WCDMA Band? I have changed by *#22
