Unable to receive all calls, can call out and also limited texting

Hello, Just curious if any others have had issues porting there phone # over where you cannot receive any calls. I can call out in some situations, and I seem to successfully send/receive texts from other ATT customers only, not Verizon or any other carriers so far. ATT states my number shows succes
