Using Outlook 2013, sbcglobal account junk mail goes into inbox

I have an sbcglobal email account.  At webmail, the junk mail is in a junk folder.  But on my new computer, using Outlook 2013, that  junk mail is going into my inbox.  On my old computer, also using Outlook 2013, the junk mail went into a junk folder.  What setting have I missed to correct this?Tha
