AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable?

So my issue is just as the title says, every month when I try to pay my bill, an error pops up when i try to set up autopay "AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable. Please try your request again in 2 days."  Which has been the case for the past several months.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Debit card Autopay $5 discount

I've signed up for Autopay using a debit card and have signed up for paperless billing. I should get a $5 monthly discount.I downloaded the PDF bill and it says I'm using Autopay and it's set to debit from my CREDIT card.
