Set up auto pay, card was charged, but payment not credited to my prepaid account. Phone's shut off

I set up auto pay on my prepaid account on 11/19, my card was charged but my phone is now shut off and saying that my bill for 11/20 wasn't paid. I have proof from my bank as well as the automatic service (*611) that the payment was processed. What the heck is going on???

Debit card Autopay $5 discount

I've signed up for Autopay using a debit card and have signed up for paperless billing. I should get a $5 monthly discount.I downloaded the PDF bill and it says I'm using Autopay and it's set to debit from my CREDIT card. AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable?

So my issue is just as the title says, every month when I try to pay my bill, an error pops up when i try to set up autopay "AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable. Please try your request again in 2 days."  Which has been the case for the past several months.  Thanks in advance for any help!
