Is AT&T Thanks no longer a thing? Can’t access it from the MyAT&T app anymore at all

My DSL service with AT&T will be phased out soon and I'll have to decide on Fiber and what speed to go with.  I currently have DSL Extreme 6.0 which is an old account rated at 6.0 Mbps.  Fiber has just become available in my neighborhood; the lowest speed available with AT&T

Having no problem accessing email on my phone. Try to log on to my desktop and it keeps logging me out and will not bring up the log in window to enter email and password. Tried on 2 separate PC's same error. What the Heck! Help!
