I saved photos from my ATT email to my photo folder on side bar. How do I get them off and to a permanent folder or flash drive?

I need help with my sbcglobal.net email account. Junk mail is constantly appearing in my email box to different aliases rather than to my actual email address. I have been trying to block these aliases but they keep sending me email.
