Our wireless TV receiver (VIP2500) recently failed. AT&T sent us a new one but it did not come with a power adapter, and the adapter to the old box would not fit. We returned the unit and AT&T sent another box, again without a power adapter. How do we get an adapter for this unit?

I have been getting daily "access card (745) cannot be read." It requires removing the access card, reinserting it, then pressing reset. Whatever I was recording at the time (52 minutes worth) said it had recorded, but then I got a message on a black screen saying all or part of the program did not

New ATT remote does NOT pause or rewind live TV or recorded TV. What to do? I have a Denon receiver that my OLDER ATT remote did work for volume and channel change, etc. The NEW remotes do NOT do this after following new remote programing instructions. What to do??
