At the end of February my Visual Voicemail randomly stopped working. It gives an error message 9999 and says to call a phone number which goes to Verizon. I have NEVER had Verizon service, but I tried the number anyway and they couldn't help me as I don't have an account with them. I called AT&T

We still are not receiving verification texts on our phones. This applies to multiple companies on 3 phones on our account. The only place I have received a text verification code is from AT&T.  I can not receive these texts from my bank, my credit cards and various other on-line entities.

I bought the phone on preorder when it came out. A year ish later it still on android 12, one UI version 4.1 and the last security software patch level is January 1, 2022.  Has there been any success in getting updates?
