when I try to add my pacbell.net email to Apple mail app and to Outlook mail app, it just does not work. I put in my pacbell.net user name, it takes me to the att.com email where I fill in my same user name again but it stops there.  Does not open a password window. Never anywhere is

I can't log in to my email and I would really love some help. I have many important accounts attached to this email. I started a chat and the AT&T Community Specialist sent me a message directly. They ended up sending me this message: "According to our system, your email account has been locked.
