Business Center cannot be set up properly

I have POTS replacement units (not internet or wireless). I have three account number, 2 are standalone and 1 has 3 sub accts. When will ATT offer former customers ID theft protection due to the breach?

I'm posting again since I have no answer to my question. I am a former customer. My info is for sale on the dark web due to the ATT security breach. ATT has not done anything to notify me of this, I found out from another source. When will ATT help it's former customers deal with the problem?
