If I accept this bundle will anything me added to my monthly bill? Or will there be any additional payments after receiving?

I’m considering switching from Xfinity to ATT as my ISP and tv provider. Regarding wi-if extenders, will mesh networks e.g. Google Nest, Euro etc work with ATT Fiber and should they be as effective as what ATT offers for rent?
