Uverse Channel Guide - No Longer Showing Preview of Channel

Hello. My AT&T Uverse channel guide is no longer showing a small preview (bottom left of the screen) of the channel I am currently pointing to.  It now only shows a black square in the bottom left where the preview used to be.  Is anybody else experiencing this?  Thank you.

Help Fix: S30-S1B Remote volume buttons reversed??

As noted in title, the S30 remote I have now has the volume buttons reversed. If I press up, volume goes down. If I press down, volume goes up. All other buttons work exactly like they should. How to engage Uverse TV support via email?

Online support/chat do not help with my issues of select local station stuttering and guide errors that make scheduled recording almost impossible. I have tried diligently. Phone support ties up too much of my time. It would be awesome if I could escalate service issues effectively via email!

Please Wait frozen
