It usually takes me 3 times to turn off my box and tv after pressing the off button on my att remote. I press the off button, it turns off and then right back on after a few seconds. I press off and it does it again. Usually on the 3rd time it takes and stays off. It only ever happens on my main tv

Got rid of my cable TV provider and I tried to login to HBO Max. My wireless "Plan Details" says HBO Max Included. Instructions say login to ATT and click on "Activate HBO Max Tile" which is nowhere to be found. When I login using ATT as my provider, it says "Your subscription cannot be verified".

We've been using Samsung Smart TV remote to operate our TV for the last year. After 3PM , Oct 4 we couldn't change channels, or use any other dvr box function. Long conversation with the U-verse was useless, as they refused to acknowledge there is a problem and insisted on us using the AT&T remote.
