Internet line issues for over 60 days now

I went to Cumberland Mall in ATL and had met the kindest young man named Andrew. I was surprised at how he ran that store all alone with NO HELP! He even took the time out to stay after his shift at closing time to make sure my new phone was set up. Thank you again Andrew!!!
