Bad Customer Service Turned To Good

A few weeks ago, I had to get my telephone number changed due to a fraud alert. After the representative realized that I wouldn’t be buying any additional services, she changed my number and immediately hung up on me without offering a choice of number or even telling me what my new number was. Luck

U-verse Upgrade from u300 to u450?

Why is there an additional box charge when upgrading from u300 to u450? That seems ridiculous. Currently, if you have u300 and have 1 DVR and an additonal box at no charge.... this will change when upgrading to u450 per website.. Says customer will be billed an additional $8.00 per month for the 2nd

I first signed up for Internet with the self-installation option. A few days later the app told me that I was getting professional installation...after much trouble I was able to chat with a tech support who told me that the changed it back to self-install and he would reverse the $100 installation

Your company sucks. Your customer service is worse.

Overcharge me thousands of dollars and then just say you can’t fix it. That seems reasonable. People, don’t EVER sign up for Auto Bill Pay. Don’t give them access to your accounts or they will take and take and then say there is nothing they can do about it.
