40Mhz & 80Mhz for 5G Wifi Radio Channels unavailable

I believe that I was in channel 151 before for 5G, but after I restarted my router (unplugging & replugging), the channel is gone and I only have these channels: 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 100,104, 108, 112, 132, 136, 140, 144, 149, 153, 157, 161. I'd like to be in a 80Mhz channel.
