ATT DOES NOT CARE AND IS TERRIBLE

ATT does not care at all, sums it up nicely... I upgraded for a new phone, purchased in full, it was an iPhone 8..  In addition, as part of my 'deal' I was being offered we were bumped up to Unlimited data for ONLY $5 more a month- THIS WAS ALL A LIE AND WHERE THE MONTHS OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Losing Internet Connection Several Times An Hour

Where do I enter the file password?!

I downloaded my Samsung account data. It took me to the screen, asked if I wanted it to send me my file password and I did.
