I need to go further back in my call history than the phone allows

Trying to reach a landline 847-497-****. Says call cannot be completed.  Know it's a working number.  Are there outages in McHenry, IL?

How do i change the time on our voip system

My very elderly parents have had their landline phone number for over 50 years with AT&T. A year ago their number was ported to T-Mobile and my parents account was closed. After 3 weeks of talking to AT&T employees and even the highest up you can go in the business we had no answers.  

My LG v60 does not call or receive calls when in the buildings but mobile data connection works perfectly fine

My handsets won't ring just goes to answering system some calls ring others don't
