Need to update an android phone. I'm not in US

Have a Samsung SM-F900U Fold phone and cannot update it. I'm in Brazil and as using another carrier chip and now used an AT&T prepaid chip and local wifi but still cannot update it.

Would it be better or cheaper for me to just buy a hotspot device instead to get on the internet?

Right now i use my smartphone to get on the internet with my tablet or computer. I am on the $75 a month prepaid. I get 10 GB of hotspot data on my plan. Would it be better or cheaper for me to just buy a hotspot device instead to get on the internet??

BGW210-700 Refreshes the web page every time I attempt to input the device access code

As stated in the title. Each time I attempt to access a protected page on the gateway, the access code seemingly does nothing. When I type it into the box and press continue, the page refreshes as if nothing had happened. There is no message saying the code was incorrect.

Wi-Fi connected to Visio TV, but built in apps say it is disconnected.

Can I add a wireless access point to the MR1100? To extend coverage in home.

I have an unlimited data plan AT&T with a Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot MR1100 and it works okay, but the coverage inside the home is limited physically due tot he location of the hotspot. Is it possible to add an AP elsewhere in the home to extend coverage? I've done this with other wired router
