Lose new add on data and money when change plan

I changed plan to 15 promo plan from 50 plan on March 30th, 2020. After that, I lose 5 dollar international call add on that I just added on March 29th, 2020. I never use any minute. Mostly horrible, they do not allow me to add on 5 dollar international call. Then, I changed to 35 plan instead of 15

Customer service

The first woman I talked to was down right rude and she actually transferred me to the department to cancel services. HOWEVER, today I spoke with a Cedric and not only was he polite and understanding he was amazingly helpful! If it wasn’t for Cedric I probably would have switched companies.

40 min wait on hold

I tried to add international day pass to my plan the agent asked for my payment she was not able to add the plan after 30 mins as she did not know what she was doing. She transferred me to another agent, I was on hold for 40mins, got no where. I have screen shots of the wait time. I’ll post

Erroneous billing for returned phone

I have tried at least 8 times to get erroneous installment charges for a returned iPhone removed from my account! I was trying to sign up for the Check Savings Eligibility but my email doesnt allow emails outside of the school.

I used my school email and I was eligible and then they sent a email. But my email doesn't allow emails that arent from the school. I was wondering if I could link it to my regular email and my emails could be sent to there.

“Free” iPhone bull

I purchased a “free” iPhone 11 in December when they had the promo when you switch. They said it could take up to 3 billing cycles to show the credit on my bill.
