Every Customer Deserves Honesty

I was told over the phone and via email that my total DSL bill will be $41 a month for 12 months. When I got my first bill it was $51. It took me 19 phone calls to ATT, finally speaking with Kameron, to get my bill credited and adjusted back to the $41 per month. Then, this month again back to $51.
