We made the decision to go to another provider for 6 lines phone service for our business. I assume as soon as the numbers were ported to the new provider (02/18/21), that AT&T knew immediately?  Reason I'm asking is, I tried to log-on to our account through Small Business Account Manager

i miss the prepaid payment

My case was the autopayment date was yesterday but they have no money on my credit card that day so the Auto-charge fail. And right now I go to the prepaid account site want to let the system re-charge me again. It can not. Only I can do was pay the original plan which did not including the autopay
