Heard an ad on the radio that for households receiving SSI benefits, they could get internet for $10/mo...I have 2 daughters receiving SSI and one is homeschooled, how can I take advantage of the program?

My fiber line has been cut. I have been trying to get to a technician with no help. The 1800 number won't connect to an agent, the chat is too busy, the online help, is no help. With no school and having to home school I need the internet. Please help me get a technician out here.

AT&T laid 3 fiber optic cables last year across the road. Yet doesn't offer any service at all. DSL using old phone lines by a competitor and not adding new customers isnt available. How can I obtain service from AT&T?
