Sony Android Phone not ringing for one number but showing missed

Beeping before calls

Whenever I try to make a call on any of my 3 AT&T DL72319 DECT 6.0 handsets, they start beeping as if somebody hung up on me, then they do the beeping of the numbers, then it goes back to beeping. No calls I make are picked up. I tried turning off and on the base, and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP
