I can't re-submit a new unlock request because it shows my imei is in progress

I got the unlock confirmation email after 26 hours and it says my confirmation link was good for only 24 hours. What should i do now? I cant even re-submit a new unlock request. Because it shows my imei is in progress. When i try to check the status it says I didn’t confirm their email. @HelpAt&
