Since the switch to max I can not log in on any devices period. It is logged in on my phone but I bet if I log out I can't log back in. This seems to be a common issues since the update.

The current subscription provided by AT&T is the add-free tier which does not include 4K or dolby atmos. I would like to upgrade to the ultimate tier which does include 4K and dolby atmos. Is this possible? I cannot find a way to do this through account management.

I am trying to log in with my At&t account and it keeps taking me in circles. It will log in but take me to the subscription page to pick a plan. From reading, it seems I should have access to the middle tier plan. Do I need to do something differently?
