Can't reset my password

Usually I have an option to reset my password with a temporary one sent to another email, but now I only have an option to answer security questions that I set up years ago that I don't remember. Locked out of email

I have an old account set up years ago. Don't have any ATT products, don't have old phone # to send codes to, and I submitted a form to ATT but it states it will be 48-72 BUSINESS hours before they can help me. How can I get to my email? I am desperate!

LOST SUBACCOUNT PASSWORD

Sub account does not have a recovery phone # but the PRIMARY a/c does. When I log in as primary - I am not able to edit. We try everything. NO LUCK!! PLEASE INFORM

Shopping Cart Item Count Error

Item count in shopping cart always shows 1 item on main page. Despite the actual cart is empty. Have cleared cookies and cache on all machines and still shows item in cart.
