We have had issues since we switched to att fiber. Get a message on the TV saying no internet connection. We have to reboot the tv to fix it but no problems with any other device.

AT&T came and buried my fiber line. They inadvertently cut the lines going to my HVAC system. So now I don't have AC. How do I go about escalating this issue? Obviously not my fault the installation was done poorly. Would like to be reimbursed for the HVAC costs.
