I’m getting so frustrated

I HAVE RESET MY PASSWORD 12 TIMES IN THE LAST MONTH. Every. Single. Time. I go to log in it tells me my password is wrong. So I change it. Log out and go to sign back in and guess what?!?! On Sunday 7/10/22 I had service in the morning but is the afternoon I had none.  The phone doesn't even say "no service".  There is nothing but the internet and battery indicator in the top left hand corner of the phone.  I use an iPhone 12.  AT&T customer service was a joke

During set up entered the prepaid card and it did not apply to balance

Entered the card pin number during the payment section but it did not apply the cards balance to the account. Now it says that the card is in use or expired? How do I get the money applied to the account.
