I purchased an AT&T Prepaid wireless service card for $30 and would like to use it for calling out on land lines. I purchased this card with the idea that we can use it to call out of our Powerplant which has only a landline phone. How do I activate this card?

I no longer have a home phone and my internet is with ATT but it's fiber. I am getting house painted and would like these lines removed.
