Trying to lower ping from 36ms to server to around 10ms

I just got fiber 1000, and after gaming and running tests I have sat around 60-80ms ping in game and 36 to the nearest server on speed tests. Are there any ways to fix this other than moving closer to the server in GA?

My router keeps restarting randomly throughout the day.
