I’m possibly moving to a rural area where AT&T is the only services provided. It says 10Mbsp but I would like more. Is that an option everywhere to upgrade or only certain areas?

Hello, We will be building a privacy fence around our yard and there is a AT&T utility pole with internet wires in our backyard. There would be an unlocked gate for access if needed.  Do I need any special permission or something in writing to move forward with the fence building?

WHY is ATT outsourcing its customer service to other countries for the US customers. The agents speak very broken English which makes it very difficult to communicate or understand them and read off mechanical scripts that waste time and they do not solve problems in a logical way. I cannot believe
