When will I receive my curtesy account Internet box? I submitted my request over a week ago

Why is it that my neighbor has wireless home internet and I can’t and the att box is in my yard. I just moved to this address and I hooked up my box inside and it pulls up with Wi-Fi but my broadband light isn’t on

ATT knows the neighborhood box is damaged due ti high water after every 2+ inch rain. Ours has been out for 36 hours with no expectation it will be fixed before Monday or Tuesday. No way to contact ATT human. Gutless!!!

Network disconnect is momentary (5-10 seconds) & intermittent. Resetting modem does nothing to correct problem.
