My Calypso 3 phone is not letting me know by sound notification that someone else is calling when I am actively on a call.

I’m not receiving Vm notifications on my iphone. When I look at the voicemail screen it also does not show any VM present.  BUT if I call into VM by pressing and holding “1” the vm is there and I can listen to it.  There’s no option in the VM menu to turn notifications on/off.

We still are not receiving verification texts on our phones. This applies to multiple companies on 3 phones on our account. The only place I have received a text verification code is from AT&T.  I can not receive these texts from my bank, my credit cards and various other on-line entities.
