We have been customers of Direct Tv for 19 years and have always purchased the NFL ticket, last June I talk to a phone representative and was offered the NFL ticket for $25 payments and we both agreed to this, now 2+ months later after talking to 4 people for 2+ hours I am told I must pay full price

I am curious how i can obtain access to the NFL Redzone channel, channel 1629 on my display. When i press ok to order, i am given an error screen. I do not want to purchase NFL Sunday Ticket for $300 just for the one channel. If i can obtain Redzone through Uverse, that would be optimal.

Is anyone else having a problem with the NFL RedZone? We have the U450 package HD and we used to get it. When I tried going there on Sunday, it said I had to order it (which we never did before) and when I tried to order it, it gave me an error message.
