Wi-Fi Calling Stopped working on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

First my mobile network connection stopped working, but Wi-Fi calling continued to work without any issues for many days. I followed ALL of the troubleshooting advice for mobile network connection issue (2 other family members have iPhones on same plan/network/router with no issues). Nothing worked. I called AT&T Tech Support. She suggested I switch SIM card with another device. I did that (used SIM card from iPhone 5). Mobile network connection still did not work. Wi-Fi calling now disabled?! Help!

Thank you for reaching out. We understand the current necessity of keeping connected. There is a known issue on some Android devices following a recent update that is affecting Wi-Fi calling. Our teams are currently working on resolving it.
