Ever since I got my Samsung Galaxy s8 active the phone thinks I am in Chicago when in reality I am ni Minnesota. How do I fix this?

Hi, @tanya.1972,

We'd love to help with this. It looks like your device needs to make a fresh connection. Press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart. After, select Restart to confirm. If after the restart, your device still shows you as being in Chicago, could you let us know which apps are doing this? Is it all the apps that rely on GPS information to operate, or just some of them?

What is telling you you're in Chicago?

Would it happen to be the Clock app?
