When is at&the planing on rolling out android 7 on samsung galaxy s7 edge? Any idea?

For one att won't release 7.0. It will be 7.1.1. there is no reason not to. You will know more of a time table once other us carriers release it. Remember no us carrier has released it yet.

We're talking Samsung phones only here. No carrier has updated there Samsung Galaxy devices. Samsung did a beta test and it just ended.

A bunch of phones are running it now I thought the beta test ended Nov and att was gonna start pushing Dec and Jan sorry s7 s7edge also t-mobile and sprint have started I believe

Samsung has not started pushing nougat to any of there phones here in the us. The article below does mean other countries. All builds have to be carrier approved in the USA.
