What phones support a 256 GB memory card?

Soooooooooo here we are again with the Note 7 recall. I actually have ZERO intention of giving this phone back. Just putting that out there. I don't feel that there is anything wrong with my specific unit (I really don't feel like there was anything wrong with the first one I had, but the mass hysteria got the best of me). BUT...in case AT&T tries do to something slick to snatch this phone away from me, I need to know what phones carried by AT&T can support this size memory card. I got it with the promotion when the Note 7 was first released.

The Samsung galaxy S7 and S7 edge.

HTC 10

LG V20 (pluleeese, not with a 10 foot pole)

Nice! I think if I were absolutely physically forced and threatened with death to give up this phone, I might go with the S7 edge.

Oddly enough, when I was getting my replacement Note 7, the LG rep came in showcasing the LG V20. That camera is impressive but I can't get with a non-stylus phone, smh

Camera...sure.... in 3 previous phones LG has had the same hardware problems.  They still haven't fixed it.  Unforgivable and I wouldnt touch one.   Pity as one of my favorite texting phones was an LG.

I still own a Note 3, didn't like the 4 and haven't trusted a Note since.

Primarily use the GS6, but I have ordered a Pixel.

LOL I accidentally selected my own response as the solution, I meant to select your response. I don't know how to un-select mine.

Hey I was on Samsung chat shaking them down the info, and I asked them this same question, the chat tech said : "There are no phones yet available, that support the 256GB, all the latest devices are limited to 200Gb. " what's your take on that? Chat tech info can be iffy...

That's disturbing.  That was Samsung?

Samsung's own website:

http://www.samsung.com/us/explore/galaxy-s7-features-and-specs/?cid=ppc-

I think they were even giving away the 256 during the preorder.

LMBO wow, smdh. And yes, that was pasted directly from the chat transcript. That's why I said their info is iffy. I think of chat techs the same way as associates in "Authorized Retailer" stores.... Take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt. Is it your understanding that Note7 production is halted PENDING the investigation outcome, or will Note7's just be permanently scrapped regardless? I'm getting mixed info...

You do realize if you keep your note 7 it means no updates ever and no warranty or insurance coverage period. To me not worth it. I returned mine today.

@GLIMMERMAN76 Yes, I do realize that. Not a huge gamechanger for me.  As far as updates, eh....I'm holding out for another Note release. I'm actually fine with how the phone is, in is current state, right at this moment. I won't cry. LOL

@tim horton Yeah I saw some other articles related to that after I posted this. It really saddened me. This phone is pretty great, minus this whole explodey thing. I'm hoping that Samsung will pull some sort of hat trick and shift into hyperspeed to release a Note 8 early. We can dream, can't we? 😉
