We upgraded 2 phones on our line because they were eligible. They were sending them to a different city so the assistant cancelled the first order and placed another one with the correct locations. We were told we could pick up the phone within the store however when we went, the assistant told us he could not upgrade it as it was showing it has already been upgraded. So we're stuck with a barely functioning phone and cannot continue an upgrade at all.
