visual voicemail will not set up S20 Ultra

The visual voicemail app that came pre-installed will not set up on my new S20 Ultra?

4 hours spent trying to solve this issue. Assuredly it is software related.

Let's look into setting up that Visual Voicemail on your Samsung S20 for you. If you haven't already, try resolving your experience by checking for updates, and if required, install the latest software. Use our Device Support tool and select System > Software Update.
