Visual Voicemail problems with Samsung S22

I've been unable to use visual voicemail for the past week or so. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but google play store says it's not compatible with my device. I have a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. I have also now have a constant notification that says I have a voicemail message, but can't clear it or listen to it. Can anyone help me please?

You should not be using the separate AT&T application. Visual voicemail is built into the samsung S22 phone app.

Even with the built in app from Samsung S22, this does not work at all.

how is this a solution?  The AT&T Visual Voicemail does NOT seem to work with this phone OR with the Samsung phone app?

OK BRKNER and FORMALLYKNOWAS you got me energized and I was procrastinating on some compliance sales testing I had to take.......so I blew an hour on trying to solve this once and for all!!!

I just posted this in the Samsung Community for the S22:

After over a year, many failed chats, multiple hours searching in the AT&T Community and calls to 611 Tech support, finally today after missing some voicemails that did not notify I got **bleep** and call  AT&T and demanded a senior tech and voicemail/android expert.  "Kevin" jumped on my phone remote, we reinstalled and cleared cache and etc and he did some resetting on his end and VIOLA after OVER a year......I got VVM BACK!!!!!!    I have had AT&T for 16 years and this is the first phone (Samsung S22+ bought from Samsung/unlocked) that it did not work.   Anyway - SOLVED (more important its SOLVABLE if AT&T wants to and you find the right person.   (ask for "Kevin" (smile))

The usual failure by AT&T ........ can't download the app because they know they made it not work.

Am i reading this right? I can't use visual vm on this s22 ultra? It was working for a couple months. Then a couple weeks ago, plopped. Fits Samsung have a visual vm to download? Thanks.

Yes correct.  After 18 years with AT& T I am moving my 5 devices to whoever can provide me with Visual Voice-mail for my S22 or a free replacement phone.    This is stupid and I am not paying a grand for a phone and 3 grand a year for service to be dialing Jersey access numbers and typing in PINs while driving like it's 1999 on a flip phone.
