AT&T related help: Set up Visual Voicemail

Please ensure that your 4G LTE mobile data is enabled as this is essential in using the visual voicemail feature. Power cycle your device to reset it and reset your network settings to refresh your connection. You'll need to navigate to Settings app>General management>Reset>Reset network settings.
We also recommend updating your device software to the latest version as this ensures all apps are running on the latest software version. You may also need to reinstall the app if the app did not come pre-installed on the device.

Susan, I have already tried all of that with an AT&T representative on a support call. When that didnt resolved it, it was escalated to a tier 3 support assistant and still wasn't resolved.
