Virus on Phone

One of the phones under my plan have been compromised with a virus. I have no idea what to do about it to fix the issue. What steps do I need to follow to get this problem figured out?

Hello,

Best bet is to download the Att Protech app for free form the playstore. It’s available to troubleshoot if you can’t go by a store and have mobile protection enrolled. You can chat or call directly to a support specialist for technical assistance.
