video calling s8+
I don't understand why my wife's S6 Edge on AT&T has video calling yet my S8+ on AT&T with HD voice and Video calling enabled shows the camera grayed out....If she tries to call mine it says I don't have video calling...Yet she can call other samsung w/video...I am on the latest software update...I tried to call 611 and it keeps trying to send me to the insurance! I can't even call customer service lol.
Any help appreciated

Call 611 and ask for tech support.

When I call 611 it keeps sending me to insurance when I ask for technical support....What option do I press or what do I say to get to tech support?

you have looked to see if you have enhanced LTE services turn on? its in the mobile networks tab.

old sim card instead of the new.
Now if I can just get through to customer service, maybe the land line will
work since 611 is broken.

trying to send me to insurance. I've never had so many problems trying to
get a customer service representative!
After 5 tries of just repeating customer service over and over and NOT
answering the questions I finally got through.
