Unlocking a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active

I have a samsung s7 active and submitted an unlock request, before 10 days it was saying that would take up to 48 hours. But still the staus is "in progress" what can i do to get my unlock code?

We can definitely take a closer look into the status of your wireless unlock request. Before submitting an unlock request on our Device Unlock Portal, please be sure to review our Unlock Eligibility Requirements to find out what's needed to unlock your AT&T phone. If your unlock request is still "in progress" after two business days, please try submitting another unlock request. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
