Unlocked sprint note 5 wont activate.

The note 5 is unlocked from sprint and I went through all of the configuration steps including the apn settings. All I get is AT&T and 3G. The phone will not get past the hands free activation. What can I do?

Hello @B.Nito,

 

We can definitely assist you with activating your unlocked cell phone with AT&T. You can use our BYOD activation portal to activate your Note 5. Let us know if this helps.

My Samsung Galaxy Note5 works in 3G only.  This is BYOD account and my phone was originally under KT Mobile in South Korea.  Please I need help to boost up my phone to 4G.
