Unlocked Samsung S10 wifi calling

Spent most of the morning with support trying to enable wifi calling on a unlocked Samsung S10 only to be told that it has to be an AT&T phone. Does anyone know of a solution other than getting a AT&T branded phone?

Greetings @samsunguser2020,

We'd like to know what plan are you currently on? Also, which OS is your Samsung S10 is running on? Feel free to provide this details for us to proceed.

Hey there @samsunguser2020,

Thanks for providing that information. Another thing is your phone connecting to your home Wi-Fi?

Hello, @samsunguser2020,

Thank you for that confirmation. Yes, the reason you're unable to use Wi-Fi calling on your S10 is that it isn't an AT&T branded device.

Have a great week.
