Unlock
I purchased the galaxy express from vest buy but don't want to use att as service and have a new carrier. I went they the portal for a unlock code and it responds denied since I have not had service for 6 months. What do I do now ?

Sell the phone to someone who does use ATT. The restock fee is $45, which is a good amount compared to cost of the phone. The loop hole to unlock Gophones for another carrier is closed. These phones are sold under retail price and ATT is no longer allowing exceptions.
You will not be able to unlock it unless you complete required service.
